The Climb from the Chambon Dam
The transfer to Les Deux Alpes follows the highway to Grenoble, then enters the Romanche valley. The critical part of the journey begins at the Barrage du Chambon (Chambon Dam). From here, the road splits from the route to La Grave and climbs steeply towards the resort.
