General Conditions of sales

Between the sole proprietorship TITUS TAXI, represented by Idriss BACHA in his capacity as manager, reachable by e-mail via the contact form on the home page of the site or directly at titustaxi@gmail.com.

Hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”.

And the individual or legal entity using the taxi reservation services offered by TITUS TAXI, hereinafter, the “Client”.

The following has been presented and agreed upon:

PREAMBLE

The Service Provider offers taxi reservation services via its website (<https://www.lyon-aeroport-taxi.com/>). The list and description of the services are accessible on the site.

Article 1: Object

These General Conditions aim to define the terms of the provision of services between the Service Provider and the Client, from the order placement until the execution of the service, including payment and after-sales service.

Article 2: General Provisions

These General Conditions of Service Provision (GCSP) govern the services performed via the Service Provider’s website and are an integral part of the Contract between the Client and the Service Provider. They are fully enforceable against the Client who has accepted them before proceeding with the reservation.

Article 3: Price

The prices of the trips offered on our site are expressed in euros and are established precisely on the pages describing the services. These rates are presented with all taxes included (VAT included, where applicable) on the service order page, with no additional unexpected fees.

Our company reserves the right to modify its rates at any time for future reservations. The costs related to internet access for the consultation of our site remain the responsibility of the client.

Regarding the reservation of trips, the price agreed upon during the reservation is fixed for the transport services with a driver. For taxis, the rate applied corresponds to the regulation in force at the time of the reservation, using either the meter or a predetermined flat rate for trips to or from the airports.

A fixed surcharge of 4€ is applied for any reservation, whether it is an immediate reservation or one planned in advance. In case of modification of the trip at the request of the client, additional fees may be charged accordingly.

Article 4: Online Contract Conclusion

The reservation process includes the selection of the service, the provision of the necessary information for the service, the acceptance of these GCSP, and the payment of the service. The confirmation of the reservation by the Client constitutes an acceptance of the GCSP and forms the contract.

Article 5: Service Provision

The transport service is provided according to the terms of the reservation. The Service Provider undertakes to implement all the means to ensure the service in the best conditions.

Article 6: Payment

The payment is due at the time of reservation. The Client can pay by credit card, PayPal, or directly to the driver according to the modalities specified during the reservation.

Article 7: Cancellation and Refund

In case of cancellation by the Client 48 hours before the pick-up, a full refund or a voucher can be offered. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before, specific conditions apply.

Article 8: Rights and Obligations

The Service Provider undertakes to provide a quality service, in line with the Client’s expectations. The Client undertakes to provide all the necessary information for the proper realization of the service.

Article 9: Personal Data

The processing of personal data is done in accordance with the current legislation, and this data is used solely for the execution of the service.

Article 10: Final Provisions

These GCSP are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or their execution falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
